The basis of the theory of parallel universes is the infinity of universes which gives the possibility of other universes existing. There are currently an estimated 1011 galaxies in the universe.

Quantum physicists clearly claim to believe that every second a person's parallel universe is created, which contains the possibility of events occurring, including the opposite of events that we experience in the real world.

Level Two: Other Postulation Bubbles
This level states, if the universe at level one can be grouped into one multiverse, then the universe contains many multiverses.
This theory is based on the Chaotic Eternal Inflation theory, which states that our universe has been getting bigger and bigger since the big bang until now. This theory states that we are forever unable to see another multiverse due to the rapid expansion of the universe which mediates through the multiverse.
Level Three: Quantum Many Worlds
This theory states that another universe is around us. This theory evolved from the theory of quantum mechanics which states that random quantum processes cause the universe to branch out with many possibilities. The fundamental difference at levels one and three is the location of the universe in which we are located.
Level one says that our universe is the same as our universe is outside the horizon, while Level Three says that our universe is the same as our universe is in another quantum branch. Level Three is a parallel universe theory with the highest controversy, because this theory develops from the theory of quantum mechanics which is also controversial.
Level Four: Other Mathematical Structures
This theory is a parallel universe theory which is mathematical and uses all possible possibilities.
This theory states that other universes are not only outside the horizon of our universe but also differ from our universe in all respects, for example: time, the laws of physics, and the universe.
The universe at Level Four is very difficult to visualize because of the many possibilities that can occur. One of the evidences of this parallel universe was found by two physicists, Dr. Robert Foot.
They found evidence of this in a study of the asteroid Eros in the form of a splash of mirror material. They define mirror matter as the mirror image of something in the universe as a stabilizer of the universe. Mirror Matter exists as a natural fulfillment that is always symmetrical and has two sides, right and left.
The universe is the left side and the mirror matter is the right side. Currently we cannot see the existence of mirror matter because it interacts with our universe only through gravity.
Another Universe exists and we interact with it
Other universes exist and we interact with them. That is the radical theory put forward by Howard Wiseman and Michael Hall from the Griffith University Center for Quantum Dynamics, Australia, and Dirk-Andre Deckert from the University of California.
The three published their ideas in the journal Physical Review X. The idea that the universe is not just one has existed since 1957. Previously, there was an understanding of "Many-Worlds Interpretation". In that view, each universe branches into a number of universes each time a quantum measurement is made.
As a result, all differences can arise. In our universe, asteroids hit Earth and wiped out the dinosaurs. In other universes, it could be that Earth escaped an asteroid impact. The idea of the Many-Worlds Interpretation is not wrong, but it has been heavily criticized. How to prove that another universe exists if that other universe does not affect our universe at all?
That's where Wiseman, Hall, and Deckert's theories come in. All three propose a view called "Many Interacting Worlds." In that view, our universe is just one of many universes. Our Universe and the rest of us are born together, neither of which is the result of "ramifications" from the other.
Our universe may be identical to several other universes, but it can also be very different. All universes exist continuously in time and space. This new view also reveals that our universe is being influenced by other universes by a mysterious repulsive force. This repulsive force makes one universe tend to be different from another.

Every radio station has a different frequency, different energies, as a result your radio can only switch to one radio broadcast at a time. Likewise with our universe, we are tuned to a frequency that corresponds to our physical reality.
But there are an infinite number of parallel realities coexisting with us in the same space, but we cannot move from one parallel universe to another (still impossible).
As for radio, it can be tuned to move to a specific frequency and thus like a single radio station, our universe is made up of atoms that are oscillating at unique frequencies that do not give vibrations to other universes.
Universes are usually not "in phase", vibrating at the same frequency, due to time differences, but when they are "in phase" we can theoretically "move back and forth" between universe.
So even though it's still "uncertain", it could be that when you experience Deja vu you "vibrate together" with your other parallel worlds as noted by Dr. Michio Kaku. It is possible that our Deja vu experience is a window into parallel universes.
